I am authorized to give consent on behalf of my group/class to the Legislative Assembly of Ontario to photograph the participants during their visit to the Legislative Building. The photographs shall constitute the exclusive property of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario and may be reproduced by the Legislative Assembly of Ontario and anyone it has authorized, without compensation or payment to the individual(s) concerned or any other person.
Photographs may be used for educational and/or promotional purposes for the Legislative Assembly of Ontario, including but not limited to, printed material, the Legislative Assembly website, or social media accounts.
Photographs may also be sent to the Member of Provincial Parliament representing the school’s constituency. By agreeing below, you consent to a copy being sent to your MPP which can be used for their own promotional purposes (ex. on MPP/Party websites and/or on MPP/Party social media channels).
